Delete branch "admin-changes"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
The goal with this change is to prevent administrators being immediately silenced if a report involves them. They can still be asked to step back, and must respect that request.
This also change also supports:
Which wasn't possible previously, as an affected administrator was preemptively silenced.
